An ode to some of the most delicious cheese I have ever had on Cascina Lago Scuro, a regenerative farm that houses their own dairy and hand-makes a wide variety of fresh cheeses. Handmade in London by an artist we admire  Nata Concept Store and scented with Jasmine, Neroli & Orange Blossom.
