Shipping

Everything in our shop is completely made by hand.  Our pieces are made to order and can be expected to take 7-14 business days to ship from the purchase date, unless otherwise outlined, this is dependent upon the time of year and influx of orders. We will notify you if your shipping date changes.
When choosing your shipping option, we suggest you choose Priority Shipping to insure your order up to $100. We are not responsible for replacing lost orders, but we are happy to assist you in working with the Postal Service to locate them if this unfortunately occurs. 

Refunds/Returns

Refunds for an order are only applicable if the piece is damaged in transit and will be replaced with a new piece.
We do not accept returns or cancellations.
