Everything in our shop is completely made by hand. Our pieces are made to order and can be expected to take 1-3 weeks to ship from the purchase date, unless otherwise outlined, this is dependent upon the time of year, influx of orders, and if the item is a pre-order. We will notify you if your shipping date changes.
When choosing your shipping option, we suggest you choose Priority Shipping to insure your order up to $100. We are not responsible for replacing lost orders, but we are happy to assist you in working with the Postal Service to locate them if this unfortunately occurs.
Refunds/Returns
Refunds for an order are only applicable if the piece is damaged in transit and will be replaced with a new piece.
We do not accept returns or cancellations.
